Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. The items returned must be in original condition with its original packaging, parts and accessories to qualify for goods return within 7 days after delivery.
Item(s) to be exchanged must be of the same value or higher. A top up will be required if the value is higher.
For returns, the value will be refunded via your mode of payment.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait for our reply before sending back your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
We will only refund your paid orders if your request meets any of the following conditions:
- item is damaged by us
- item is out of stock
- wrong item received
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
