Shipping Information

Domestic/ Local Shipping (within Singapore)
All domestic orders are dispatched within 3 working days of an order being placed - that means Monday through Friday (10am-5pm) excluding weekends and public holidays. 
The total shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page.
We provide free local shipping for orders above $90. 

International shipping

We offer international shipping to customers residing in Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong.  
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore.

How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of an order being placed - that means Monday through Friday (10am-5pm) excluding weekends and public holidays. 
I am an international customer. When should I expect my order to reach me?
Depending on your location, international order may take 3 to 14 business days to reach you. We provide express shipping by Fedex for all our packages. Express shipping is not available for some areas. Please note that delivery times do vary. There are often delays that are out of our control. Please leave enough time before getting in touch with us. If you do get in touch, be sure to provide us your order number. :)  

All international orders will be provided with tracking numbers and information once the orders have been shipped. 

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through your country's customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person.

Tiny Worlds has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Coronavirus (COVID-19) update for international shipping
Small delays may occur due to occasional Covid 19 related delivery issues. The delivery time is currently not affected by Covid 19 and our international shipping partner Fedex is fully operational in most countries. In some cases, however, there may be limitations in the delivery services available based on guidelines from local authorities.
